Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of dexmedetomidine in post-operative cognitive decline (POCD) (2 arms), sponsored by ahmad ramzy. Primary endpoints: Change in cognitive function from preoperative baseline to 24 hours postoperative, Montreal Cognitive Assessment and 1 more. Planned start May 2013; status: not yet recruiting.
