Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of acetylcysteine and ramipril in Takotsubo cardiomyopathy (TCM) (4 arms), sponsored by Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Primary endpoints: Change in myocardial oedema score on T2-weighted cardiac MRI and Change in left ventricular function by global longitudinal strain on echocardiography.
