Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) comparing Non-TBI conditioning: fludarabine + thiotepa + busulfan, Non-TBI conditioning: fludarabine + thiotepa + treosulfan and Control: total body irradiation + etoposide (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Overall survival and Event-free survival. Started Apr 2013; status: terminated.
