Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in borderline personality disorder (BPD) and complex post-traumatic stress disorder (cPTSD) comparing Estradiol gel + treatment as usual with Placebo gel + treatment as usual (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Mean change in Borderline Personality Disorder Severity Index and Clinical improvement rate by BPDSI-IV. Started Nov 2022; status: recruiting.
