Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of fluorouracil, capecitabine, oxaliplatin, irinotecan and folinic acid in colorectal cancer (CRC) and colon cancer (2 arms), sponsored by Australasian Gastro-Intestinal Trials Group. Primary endpoints: 3-year recurrence-free survival in post-operative ctDNA-negative patients and 24-month recurrence-free survival in post-operative ctDNA-positive patients.
