Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in Colonic spirochaetosis (CS) and Diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D) comparing Metronidazole with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Mean reduction in IBS symptom severity in colonic spirochaetosis-positive participants. Planned start Aug 2019; status: not yet recruiting.
