Prophylactic pregabalin for radiotherapy-related pain in head and neck cancer

Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial in None comparing Prophylactic pregabalin plus standard care analgesia with Standard of care analgesia (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Proportion of patients continuing on trial to completion, Proportion of patients tolerating pregabalin doses above 225 mg twice per day and 1 more.
