Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of heparin in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) (2 arms), sponsored by St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne. Primary endpoint: Time to separation from invasive ventilation, censored at Day 28, with non-survivors treated as though never separated from the ventilator. Started Jul 2020; status: terminated.
