Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of edetate calcium disodium and tobramycin in cystic fibrosis (CF) and Pseudomonal infection (2 arms), sponsored by Kids Research Institute Australia. Primary endpoints: Safety and tolerability of nebulized CaEDTA in combination with tobramycin at Week 10 and Bacterial clearance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa from sputum at Week 10.
