Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in respiratory distress syndrome (RDS), transient tachypnea of the newborn (TTN) and Neonatal hypoglycemia comparing Betamethasone with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Incidence of respiratory distress requiring more than 60 minutes of respiratory support and Incidence of neonatal hypoglycaemia. Started Oct 2020; status: recruiting.
