Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in knee osteoarthritis (OA) comparing PPS twice weekly, PPS once weekly plus placebo once weekly and Placebo twice weekly (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in synovial fluid biomarkers associated with inflammation and Change in synovial fluid biomarkers associated with osteoarthritis disease progression.
