Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), basal cell carcinoma (BCC) and keratinocyte carcinoma comparing Sirolimus 1% cream with Placebo cream (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Number of biopsy-proven squamous cell carcinomas at 24 months. Planned start Jan 2022; status: not yet recruiting.
