Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD), obesity and cardiometabolic risk (CMR) comparing Semaglutide with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Proportion of participants with at least 30% reduction in liver fat fraction by MRI-PDFF. Planned start May 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
