Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in Glucocorticoid-induced cardiometabolic complications (GICC) comparing Spironolactone then open-label spironolactone with Placebo then open-label spironolactone (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in total body fat mass on DEXA and Change in left ventricular systolic function by global longitudinal strain. Started Mar 2024; status: recruiting.
