Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in diabetes mellitus type 1 (T1D) comparing Abatacept + nasal insulin with Abatacept + nasal placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: 2-hour C-peptide area under the curve after mixed meal tolerance test. Planned start Nov 2022; status: not yet recruiting.
