Overview
Phase 4, open-label trial of omeprazole in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) (2 cohorts), sponsored by Mater Misericordiae University Hospital. Primary endpoints: Exhaled breath condensate pepsin level and Exhaled breath condensate nitric oxide end products. Planned start May 2023; status: not yet recruiting.
