Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of AB-SA01 in chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS), Chronic rhinosinusitis with Staphylococcus aureus infection (CRSwSA) and Chronic rhinosinusitis with methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus infection (2 arms), sponsored by Central Adelaide Local Health Network. Primary endpoints: Change in burden of CRS bacterial infection in sinonasal tract at 12 months, Safety of nebulized bacteriophage and 1 more. Started Feb 2024; status: recruiting.
