Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in seasonal allergic conjunctivitis (SAC) and atopic conjunctivitis comparing Ketotifen, Prednisolone sodium phosphate and Placebo lubricant drops (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in immune cell density during treatment and Change in immune cell density after treatment. Started Nov 2023; status: recruiting.
