Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of epcoritamab, pirtobrutinib, rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin and 2 more in Richter's syndrome (RS), chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL) and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) (2 arms), sponsored by Australasian Leukaemia & Lymphoma Group.
