Overview
Phase 3, randomised trial in Ischemia with non-obstructed coronary arteries (INOCA), microvascular angina (MVA), Coronary vasospasm (CAS) and 1 more comparing Sildenafil with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Effects of sildenafil on coronary endothelium-dependent and endothelium-independent microvascular dysfunction. Planned start Nov 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
