Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in colorectal cancer (CRC) comparing Ropivacaine + dexmedetomidine with Ropivacaine alone (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Total opioid requirement in the first 24 hours after laparoscopic colorectal surgery with the use of dexmedetomidine as an adjuvant in posterior quadratus lumborum block (QLB2). Planned start Mar 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
