Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) comparing N-acetylcysteine effervescent tablets with Placebo control (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Trough and peak FEV1 at 24 months and Number of COPD acute exacerbations within 24 months. Started Sep 2017; status: recruiting.
