Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial in malignant pleural effusion (MPE) comparing Brucea javanica oil emulsion monotherapy, Cisplatin monotherapy and Brucea javanica oil emulsion + cisplatin (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Objective response rate of pleural effusion at day 42 and Pleural effusion control rate at 6 months. Planned start Dec 2014; status: not yet recruiting.
