Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of methylprednisolone in biliary atresia (2 arms), sponsored by Children's Hospital of Fudan University. Primary endpoints: Percentage of jaundice clearance at 6 months post-Kasai portoenterostomy and Survival with native liver at 6 months post-Kasai portoenterostomy. Planned start Jan 2015; status: not yet recruiting.
