Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of dexmedetomidine in post-operative cognitive decline (POCD) and postoperative delirium (POD) (5 arms), sponsored by Chinese PLA General Hospital. Primary endpoints: Observer's Assessment of Alertness/Sedation score, Bispectral Index and 6 more. Planned start Dec 2016; status: not yet recruiting.
