Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial in myelodysplastic syndrome with excess blasts (MDS-EB) and chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) comparing Decitabine monotherapy with Decitabine + arsenic trioxide + ascorbic acid (2 arms). Primary endpoint: overall response rate. Planned start Dec 2016; status: not yet recruiting.
