Overview
Phase 4, open-label trial of sevoflurane, desflurane and propofol in post-operative cognitive decline (POCD) and Emergence agitation (EA) (5 arms), sponsored by The First Affiliated Hospital of the University of South China. Primary endpoints: Incidence of emergence agitation, 5-point agitation scale score and 8 more. Planned start Jan 2018; status: not yet recruiting.
