Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of bortezomib, thalidomide, dexamethasone and cyclophosphamide in light-chain amyloidosis (2 arms), sponsored by Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital. Primary endpoints: Complete hematologic remission rate and Organ response rate. Planned start Oct 2017; status: not yet recruiting.
