Overview
Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of decitabine, idarubicin and cytarabine in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) and myelodysplastic syndrome with excess blasts (MDS-EB), sponsored by First Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine. Primary endpoint: Complete remission rate after first chemotherapy cycle. Started Oct 2013; status: recruiting.
