Overview
Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of tocilizumab in Takayasu arteritis (TAK), sponsored by Peking Union Medical College. Primary endpoints: Change in erythrocyte sedimentation rate before and after tocilizumab treatment, Change in high-sensitivity C-reactive protein before and after tocilizumab treatment and 4 more.
