Overview
Phase 2, randomised trial of rinvecalinase alfa in arteriosclerosis obliterans and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) (2 arms), sponsored by Jinling Hospital. Primary endpoints: Flow-mediated vasodilation of brachial and femoral arteries, Intima-media thickness of lower-limb arteries including femoral, popliteal, posterior tibial, and dorsalis pedis arteries and 2 more. Planned start May 2013; status: not yet recruiting.
