Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial in chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) comparing Olanzapine group, Metoclopramide group and Olanzapine + metoclopramide group (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Remission rate of nausea and vomiting in the acute stage, Remission rate of nausea and vomiting in the delayed period and 1 more. Started May 2018; status: recruiting.
