Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of mitoxantrone, cytarabine, granulocyte colony-stimulating factor, daunorubicin and etoposide in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) (2 arms), sponsored by Children's Hospital of Soochow University. Primary endpoints: Bone marrow remission state, Hematologic remission state and 5 more. Planned start Jun 2018; status: not yet recruiting.
