Overview
Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of mecapegfilgrastim in chemotherapy-induced neutropenia (CIN) and febrile neutropenia (FN), sponsored by Baotou Cancer Hospital. Primary endpoint: Incidence of grade 3-4 ANC decrease in the first cycle after mecapegfilgrastim use. Planned start Nov 2018; status: not yet recruiting.
