Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of nemonoxacin in community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) (5 arms), sponsored by Huashan Hospital. Primary endpoints: Ratio of drug concentration in bronchopulmonary tissues and fluids to plasma at matching time points at 24 hours and AUC ratio of bronchopulmonary tissues and fluids to plasma at 24 hours. Planned start Mar 2019; status: not yet recruiting.
