Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of mirtazapine, dexamethasone, aprepitant and palonosetron in chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) (2 arms), sponsored by Hunan Cancer Hospital. Primary endpoints: Complete response rate in acute phase and Complete response rate in delayed phase. Started Jan 2020; status: recruiting.
