Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of dexamethasone, palonosetron and aprepitant in chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) (2 arms), sponsored by Hunan Cancer Hospital. Primary endpoints: Complete response rate of acute chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting and Complete response rate of delayed chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting. Planned start Aug 2019; status: not yet recruiting.
