Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and viral pneumonia (3 arms), sponsored by Xiamen University Zhongshan Hospital. Primary endpoints: Clinical recovery time and Change in viral load of upper and lower respiratory tract samples from baseline. Planned start Feb 2020; status: not yet recruiting.
