Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of evolocumab in acute coronary syndrome (ACS) (2 arms), sponsored by Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital. Primary endpoints: Incidence of major cardiovascular events at 1 year and Proportion achieving LDL-C <1.8 mmol/L or >50% reduction from baseline. Planned start Jun 2020; status: not yet recruiting.
