Phase 4, open-label trial of ulinastatin in coronavirus pneumonia (4 arms), sponsored by Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center. Primary endpoints: Critical illness conversion rate in mild cases at 2 weeks after admission, Change in PaO2/FiO2 in severe or critical cases and 1 more.
