Overview
Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of polymyxin B in hospital-acquired pneumonia (HAP), ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) and Gram-negative bacterial infection, sponsored by Huadong Hospital, Fudan University. Primary endpoints: pathogenic bacterium, blood concentration of polymyxin B and 3 more. Planned start May 2020; status: not yet recruiting.
