Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial in biliary atresia comparing Placebo control with Dimethyl fumarate (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Number of peripheral blood lymphocytes and relative proportions of Th1, Th17, and Treg cells, Degree of cirrhosis (shear wave elastography) and 4 more. Planned start Aug 2020; status: not yet recruiting.
