Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial in anxiety disorder and postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) comparing Propofol + fentanyl, Propofol + alfentanil and Remimazolam + alfentanil (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Time to Ramsay score < 3 and Aldrete score ≥ 9 after procedure and Postoperative pain, nausea and vomiting. Started Oct 2020; status: recruiting.
