Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial of sacubitril + valsartan in end-stage kidney disease (ESKD) (2 arms), sponsored by Third Xiangya Hospital, Central South University. Primary endpoints: Decrease of residual renal function and residual urine at 24 weeks and Heart color Doppler ultrasound at 24 weeks. Planned start Nov 2020; status: not yet recruiting.
