Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of escitalopram, duloxetine and Shugan Jieyu in major depressive disorder (MDD) (3 arms), sponsored by Shandong Mental Health Center. Primary endpoints: Montgomery-Asberg Depression Rating Scale at week 32, 17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale at week 32 and 5 more. Planned start Mar 2021; status: not yet recruiting.
