Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial of alendronate + cholecalciferol in osteonecrosis of the hip and osteoporosis (2 arms), sponsored by Chinese PLA General Hospital. Primary endpoints: Change in femoral head contour, necrotic volume, blood supply, and bone mineral density and Incidence of severe adverse reactions within 12 months.
