Overview
Phase 4 trial of remimazolam and sevoflurane in colon cancer, post-operative cognitive decline (POCD) and postoperative delirium (POD) (2 arms), sponsored by Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital. Primary endpoint: Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) scores at postoperative days 1, 3, and 7. Planned start Jan 2022; status: not yet recruiting.
