Overview
Phase 4, open-label trial of cladribine, cytarabine, granulocyte colony-stimulating factor, busulfan and cyclophosphamide in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) (2 arms), sponsored by Aerospace Center Hospital. Primary endpoints: 1-year overall survival after transplantation and Leukemia-free survival. Planned start Jul 2020; status: not yet recruiting.
