Phase 4, randomised trial of Qihuang Mingmu recipe in diabetic retinopathy (NPDR) and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) (2 arms), sponsored by Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
