Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in knee osteoarthritis (OA) and major depressive disorder (MDD) comparing Duloxetine group with Placebo group (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Pain with ambulation at postoperative week 1 and 17-item Hamilton Depression Score. Started Dec 2021; status: recruiting.
